Restore Hyper Wellness
Electrical fit-out for a national wellness franchise. We have completed two Restore locations, which is the part that matters: the brand brought us back.
National brands, local landmarks, and the conditions in between. Every photograph on this page was taken on one of our own jobs, not pulled from a stock library.
Recognisable tenants with construction standards, corporate reviewers, and fixed open dates. Two of these are repeat work for the same brand.

Electrical work at the River Road steakhouse in Edgewater, an established operator where the dining room does not close for the convenience of the trades.

Electrical work at Edgewater Harbor on the Hudson, where the exterior terrace and its lighting are as much of the product as the kitchen behind it.
Also completed: Just Salad in Paramus, and a second Restore Hyper Wellness location. Scope details for any of these are available on request.
Occupied clinical space, live retail frontage, exposed structure, and outdoor equipment.

Lighting, soffit detail, low-voltage rough, and equipment power completed in a tight ceiling condition while the facility remained in clinical operation. Work sequenced against a published outage window and restored on schedule.

Pad-mounted standby set with automatic transfer switch, load calculation performed in advance, and a documented start-up and load test at completion.

Canopy lighting, signage circuits, and storefront power reworked over an operating retail frontage with pedestrian protection and lane control maintained throughout.

Recessed LED downlighting installed in a barrel-vault wood ceiling, replacing an aging fixture package. Light levels verified against the intended use of the space before the fixture package was finalized.

High-bay lighting layout and branch power distribution run in exposed structure, where every raceway is finish work. Layout coordinated with roof structure and equipment locations before the first strap went up.

Feeder and breaker work inside live distribution equipment, with circuit directories corrected and the panel documented before the cover went back on.
Detailed case studies with scope, schedule, and outcome are available on request for qualified bidders and owners. Ask for the package that matches your building type.
